Claudelle is a Partner in the Construction, Engineering, and Infrastructure Law team.
Claudelle has considerable exposure and experience in the built environment industry. She has represented a variety of developers, contractors, subcontractors, and professionals, both locally and internationally, in multimillion rand disputes arising out of the JBCC, NEC, GCC, FIDIC, EPC and bespoke building contracts. She is one of the few South African attorneys with experience in arbitrations in the International Court of Arbitration and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
Whilst her passion lies in construction, engineering and infrastructure law, Claudelle also has experience in various aspects of procurement law and commercial litigation.
