Graham Cox founded the firm in 1964. Jeremy Yeats joined him and became a partner in March 1967. A formidable team from the onset, they combined their passion for law with their astute business sense, and with the help of exceptional partners, a multi-award winning firm was born. Cox Yeats is known for its boldness and over the years has set benchmarks by changing perceptions and giving fresh and innovative counsel. Graham Cox is a past president of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society and of the Law Society of South Africa, a past Chairman of the Council of the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a past Council member of the Business Law Section of the International Bar Association. Graham is a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators. During his time of active practice, Graham specialised in Business Law, Tax Law, Trusts and Estate Planning and Construction Law. |
