Chantal Mitchell was admitted as an attorney in 2018 and was appointed as a partner at Cox Yeats in 2021.

Chantal specialises in Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Procurement / Administrative Law, and Engineering and Infrastructure Law.  She has extensive experience in these fields, representing a diverse clientele including developers, principal agents, large building contractors, subcontractors and professionals.

Chantal specialises in dispute resolution and litigation but also has experience with various commercial transactions.  Chantal is well versed with the JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, and GCC standard form contracts and navigates complex legal challenges on behalf of her clients, including interdicts in relation to business forums and other on-site disruptions.  Chantal represents her clients in internal tender appeals and High Court reviews.
