Randhir joined Deneys Reitz in 2002. He then spent six years in-house at Momentum, where he developed a unique set of skills. He joined Cox Yeats in 2013 and was appointed a partner in 2014.
Randhir’s core areas of expertise span three distinct fields: Corporate Commercial, Health Care and Construction Law.
He provides his clients with comprehensive legal counsel in all aspects of Business Law, Company Law, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and Empowerment and Transformation. He advises clients across diverse industries from Construction companies to FMCGs to Insurance clients, in relation to a range of issues from commercial matters to acquisitions, joint ventures and compliance with the Companies Act.
With Health Care, Randhir's work involves a blend of commercial and regulatory aspects for medical schemes, medical scheme administrators, managed health care organisations, and medical equipment manufacturers. In the medical scheme industry, he represents administrators, managed health care organisations and medical schemes.
In the field of Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Law, Randhir specialises in front-end contract work drafting principal building agreements, including JBCC, GCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts as well as development and lease agreements, consultant agreements (PROCSA), and project finance agreements.
