Yolandi matriculated from Oranje Girls High School with six distinctions and holds a BA Law and LLB Degree from the University of Pretoria. During her time at UP she was awarded Golden Key International Honour Society membership and her name appeared on the Dean’s Merit list for top academic achievers. In 2019 she was invited to join the International Scholar Laureate Programme in Hong Kong under the delegation of International Relations and Diplomacy. 

She has three years prior experience within the legal practice serving as paralegal at a Pretoria based firm where she gained experience in high court litigation, property law, administrative law and municipal law.

Yolandi joined Cox Yeats in 2023 and is serving her articles as a member of the Construction, Engineering, and Insurance team in the Sandton offices.
