Harshita graduated with an LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2021.

Before Harshita began her studies at UP, she spent a year in India attending spiritual courses. During the course of her studies, she served as a member of the Law House Outreach Committee in 2019 and the Students for Law and Social Justice Society in 2020. She also served as a facilitator for the Tuks Bhakti Yoga Society. Harshita joined the firm in 2022 and served her articles as a member of the Labour and Construction Team.
