Cox Yeats is pleased to have received a Level 2 Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) rating in 2019. This is a significant improvement on the Level 4 rating that was achieved in 2018.

The effective integration of the goals of BBBEE into the operations of the firm, is an important objective for Cox Yeats.

The Level 2 BBBEE rating achieved is in accordance with the modified codes declared in 2013, which incorporated additional prerequisites for the status to be met. Along with significant organisation and operational improvements, Cox Yeats has also formed an active BBBEE Committee so as to embrace BBBEE. Our clients will also benefit as a result of the Level 2 rating which will entitle them to reflect 125% of their legal services spend with our firm, toward their very own BEE scorecards.
