Cox Yeats is pleased to announce the appointment of Callyn Wilkinson as a Partner with the firm as from April 2012.
Callyn has joined the firm as a partner and practises in the fields of insolvency, business rescue and debt recovery as well as matters relating to the Prevention of Organised Crime Act. She obtained her LL.B from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2005. After travelling in the United Kingdom, Callyn completed her Articles in Cape Town before settling in Durban in 2008. Callyn has extensive experience in assisting with estate management, debt recovery by way of sequestration, liquidation and business rescue as well as High Court Litigation. She also assists with schemes of arrangements, and offers of compromise in terms of the new Companies Act.
Callyn will use her experience to offer expert advice to clients in these specialized areas.
Callyn is married with a one year old son, and relaxes by spending time with family, enjoying the beaches and watching sport.
