Menoka joined Cox Yeats in 2023 in the Durban office. In early 2025, she moved to the Property team as a Candidate Legal Practitioner and has since transitioned to the Commercial team.

Menoka was invited to become a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society in recognition of her academic achievement. She also graduated in 2025 from the South African Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges mentorship programme, reflecting her commitment to professional development and leadership within the legal profession.
