Khanya is an associate in our Durban office and forms part of the Construction and Insurance Team. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with experience in advising clients in the construction, infrastructure, engineering, insurance and property sectors on both transactional and contentious matters. Khanya's experience includes advising clients on the sale of businesses and assets, shareholder related issues and general commercial law. Khanya is also involved in the the vetting or drafting of construction contracts, operation and management agreements and professional services agreements either as bespoke agreements or using the standard forms of contract, including the FIDIC, NEC and JBCC. Khanya is also involved in construction dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
