Zethu is a Senior Associate in the Business Rescue and Insolvency team at Cox Yeats, based in Johannesburg. She has over 10 years of post-admission experience, with a focus on business rescue, insolvency and liquidations.
She is an insolvency practitioner and a registered member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA). Zethu has extensive experience in the business rescue process and holds a certificate in Business Rescue (SLP) from the University of Johannesburg.
Her experience also includes a period in a corporate legal advisory role within the logistics industry, where she advised on insurance, industry-specific risk, compliance and labour matters.
