Natasha is an Associate at Cox Yeats, practicing in Business Rescue, Restructuring and Insolvency, with a focus on Banking and Finance Law.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. She was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa in 2024.
Natasha completed her articles at a global law firm before practising as an attorney at a boutique banking and finance law firm. During this time, she gained experience across a range of practice areas and sectors, both in South Africa and internationally, including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, and commercial dispute resolution in the energy, environmental, mining and infrastructure sectors.
She joined Cox Yeats in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Business Rescue, Restructuring and Insolvency team. In addition to her restructuring and insolvency practice, Natasha has experience in commercial litigation and banking and finance matters. Her broad legal background enables her to assist clients in navigating complex commercial and financial issues with practical, commercially focused advice.
