Mohamed is a dispute resolution practitioner at Cox Yeats, specialising in litigation and dispute resolution across courts, arbitration, appeal, and tribunal proceedings.

His primary areas of practice include administrative law, public procurement, energy law, environmental law, and town planning. He advises both public and private sector clients across all stages of decision-making, from policy development through to judicial review proceedings, and has experience in both contentious and advisory matters.

Mohamed has also developed experience in commercial and property-related disputes, including lease disputes and matters involving property developers, body corporates, and homeowners’ associations. His practice further includes advising on restraint of trade and unlawful competition matters, as well as specialised debt recovery proceedings in terms of insolvency, company, credit, and insurance law.
