Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Cox Yeats, practising in Litigation, with a focus on Insolvency and Business Rescue.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Stellenbosch University and an LL.B from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She began her legal career at a Durban-based firm, where she gained early experience in litigation, banking and insolvency, and family law, before joining Cox Yeats in 2021. She completed her articles with the firm and was admitted as an attorney in 2022.
Jennifer has developed considerable experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on insolvency and business rescue proceedings. Her practice also includes public procurement disputes, insurance litigation, public liability claims, construction-related disputes, and specialised debt recovery matters involving insolvency, company, credit, and insurance law.
