Cox Yeats is pleased to congratulate Gary Pritchard on his certification as a qualified mediator and his inclusion on the panel of Court-Annexed Mediators.
Following completion of an accredited mediation programme presented by the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC in partnership with The Society of Mediators, Gary is now recognised under the Gauteng High Court’s Mandatory Mediation Directive and is eligible for appointment in both court-annexed and private mediations.
This recognition marks an important professional milestone. Court-annexed mediation continues to play a growing role in the South African legal system, offering a structured and efficient alternative to litigation. It enables parties to resolve disputes more quickly, preserve commercial relationships, and achieve practical outcomes aligned with their business interests.
Gary’s inclusion on the panel reflects both his legal expertise and his ability to navigate complex disputes with balance and sound judgment. It also strengthens Cox Yeats’ dispute resolution offering, particularly in matters where mediation is required or strategically advantageous.
We congratulate Gary on this achievement and look forward to the continued value he will bring to clients and the broader legal community.
