Peter Feuilherade

Peter is a Consultant at Cox Yeats, with extensive experience in white-collar crime, fraud, corruption, and asset recovery.

He joined the firm in 1991 and has advised on a wide range of matters involving complex investigations and recovery proceedings. His experience includes working with both private and public sector stakeholders in addressing financial crime and governance-related issues.

Peter has played an active role in industry and public-interest initiatives, having previously served as Chairperson of the KwaZulu-Natal White Collar Crime Task Team and as Chairman of the Safety and Justice Committee of the Durban Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on a SAPOA forum focused on promoting Urban Improvement Precincts in the greater Durban area and is a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union.

He has also held governance roles, including serving on the Board of Governors of Hilton College and as Chairman of his Parish Council. Peter remains actively involved in pro bono work and serves as a Director of Essenwood Residence, a non-profit organisation managing a retirement residence in Durban.
