Magreet is a partner in our Business Restructuring and Insolvency team based in Johannesburg. She focuses on insolvency and business rescue proceedings, including related litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency enquiries and representing both creditors and insolvency practitioners in local and foreign proceedings. Her experience also includes general and commercial litigation.

Magreet was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in August 2016 after completing her BA Law and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria. She joined Cox Yeats as an associate during September 2020.
